Simple Christmas Snack Ideas For Kids
From candy canes to snowmen, these simple Christmas Snack Ideas are a great way to add some holiday cheer to your home! They’re also a sure way to please the picky eaters in your life!
Fruit Candy Cane
To make this adorable candy cane, simply piece together slices of strawberries and bananas in the shape of a candy cane. I decorated the rest of the plate with grapes cut in half. This is the perfect snack to pair with Pick-Ease!
Snowman Breakfast
Using a snowman shaped cookie cutter, I made two snowmen out of toast. I topped the snowman’s head and body with cream cheese and topped the hat with Nutella. The snowman’s nose was a tiny piece of orange, his scarf was a slice of strawberry, and the buttons were two chocolate chips. I used Wilton’s candy eyes to complete the snowman. The rest of the plate was decorated with grapes, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries.
Rudolph Sandwich
I used a heart shaped cookie cutter to turn my boys’ Nutella sandwiches into a reindeer’s head. Using the extra bread, I cut ear shapes, and I used the crust to make the antlers. I added a raspberry to turn our reindeer into Rudolph, and again used Wilton’s candy eyes to complete this adorable Christmas Snack. This reindeer was a huge hit with my boys! They even ate the crust, which is unheard of!
Veggie Christmas Tree
I used celery sticks to make this super cute veggie Christmas tree. Orange and red pepper slices made the garland. I then added cherry tomato halves, sliced carrots and chopped yellow peppers for the ornaments. A cucumber slice was used to the tree’s trunk and a yellow pepper was cut into a star shape for the top of my tree. This is another great snack to pair up with Pick-Ease!
Santa Hats
Add a slice of banana and a strawberry to a toothpick. Top with a small marshmallow and you have Santa hats! So cute and so easy!
Fruit Christmas Tree
Grapes sliced in half were used to make this Christmas tree. I then added blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, oranges, and apples for the ornaments. Raisins were used for the tree’s trunk, and cheese cut into the shape of a star topped the tree.
These Christmas Snack Ideas are all so simple to put together! Have fun with them and make sure to let your little ones help out! Happy Holidays!
